Directed by Roger Spottiswoode and written by Jane Hawksley and James MacManus, The Children of Huang Shi is drama film about a young British Journalist, Gerge Hogg (Jonathan Rhys Meyers), who with the assistance of a courageous Australian nurse, Lee Pearson (Radha Mitchell) saves a group of orphaned children during the Japanese occupation of China in 1937.
The film was inspired by true events and is due for release in April 2008.
